Who is it for?

Perfect if you've never done any fitness before, maybe you’re post-natal or perhaps wanting to return to training after injury, then this course will be perfect for you. It's also perfect for people wanting a quick fix before holiday or maybe you're getting married and want to look your best on your special day? There are lots of classes to choose from – all are just 45 minutes or an hour and take place either early morning, evenings or weekends so there are no overnight stays or intense schedules to adhere to. Hopefully everyone will find plenty of days and times to suit them! We recommend you attend as many of our classes as you can to get the most out of the programme and if you also follow our NEW 30-day healthy eating plan we will guarantee you will see results! Our 30-day eating plan is designed to compliment our training with exciting and nutritional recipes and again, designed to fit easily into your everyday life.

What to Expect

  • Initial Consultation. This will comprise of a chat about you, your lifestyle and what changes you want to make.
  • Body Composition Measurement. This is optional but I would like you to trust me as this will be a great indication of what weight/size/inches you lose at the end of the 30 days - and you will lose them!
  • 30 day Nutritional Guide. Produced with the help of nutritional experts, this e-booklet will provide you with delicious menus of 30 breakfasts, 30 lunches and 30 dinners to enjoy. It will have you bursting with energy, feeling fit and looking great.
  • Fitness test at start and finish. This determines what level of fitness you start at so I can write your programme accordingly. It will also create a great bench mark to work from and you will enjoy seeing how much your fitness has improved at the end of the 30 days.
  • Fitness Classes. All our fitness classes last one hour or 45 minutes and are always fun, imaginative and different to anything you have ever done before. Unlike the gym you won't have to think for yourself, we will be there to motivate and encourage you the whole time!
  • Email support throughout. We will personally be available by email to answer any questions you may have no matter how trivial. We're here to help you to help yourself. Together we WILL get results.
